The management of Ebor comprises one or more company directors supported by an advisory panel of experts, each with a minimum of 20 years of experience.  Under the company director(s), the company is arranged according to project work with each project being headed by a project manager who is responsible for all aspects of the project (contractual and technical).

Ebor’s relatively flat and nimble management structure allows Ebor to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements because Ebor is not restricted by cumbersome bureaucracy that is often found in larger organizations.  Furthermore, customers and staff have an easy path to get their questions answered quickly because company management and project managers all have an “open-door” policy while maintaining control of their respective areas.

Ebor’s trustworthiness, reliability, and competence are attested by repeat business from our largest clients, and by Ebor’s expanding clientele from word of mouth.

How We Communicate

In every project, Ebor strives to involve the client in the process to explore alternatives and to ensure that the delivered solution meets the intended requirements.  This usually occurs through regular meetings and conversations involving the project managers, the project teams, and the customer.  These communications can be formal or informal, via email, via telephone, or face-to-face; whatever method is suitable for the customer.
