                  The Ships Inertial Navigation System Absolute Monitor Plot 
                    (SINSAMP) program is a graphical tool that provides improved 
                    submerged navigation capability by predicting SINS position 
                    errors when GPS data is not available. It allows monitoring 
                    of SINS system health. Developed for DSTO, SINSAMP is written 
                    in pure Java and is platform independent.
